Not everyone needs a package deal. Here are other service options to choose from.

Set up & Take Down Services

This is an option for those who don't need planning or coordinating assistance, but would like help with setting up their event. This package is $450 and includes take down services where we pack things up and help load cars or place belongings in a secured room. Set up only is $350.

Hourly Consulting

This option is for someone who doesn't need everything our packages offer, but would like help in various area's of planning. Most commonly, getting started with the planning process, checking on progress, day of timeline composition, and more! You can set up consulting sessions with me in person or over the phone, and pay by the hour. This will not include actual day of coordination, but I can help you plan your very detailed timeline and share it with all your vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page the day of your wedding. Hourly consulting rate is $60 per hour.

Proposal Planning & Coordination

This option is for someone who is ready to pop the question and needs a little direction and coordination for the special moment. You will meet with me to discuss your needs, how I can best assist you in making your vision come to life, and together come up with a plan that works for your dream proposal. You are involved with the planning process where you can really put your heart into making it about the two of you. We will manage the coordination the day of the proposal so you can fully take in the moment. This service rate starts at $800.

Corporate/Misc Events

We love planning and coordinating events. Though weddings are by far our most popular events, we would love to help you with any event. The planning process is similar to weddings, but every event has something unique which makes our job even more fun. Does your business need someone to plan/coordinate a large event? Is your family having a fun filled reunion and you want to fully enjoy the event with out having to worry about taking care of everything? Are you planning a surprise party and you need help coordinating all the details and set up? Do you have a trade show that needs someone who can manage the vendors and details?
